Our journey started in the frozen winters of the Midwest – Wisconsin, to be exact – where the wind howled and snow blanketed the ground. On nights cold enough to leave frost on the windowpanes, we found escape in something simple yet magical: mixing a tropical cocktail in the kitchen. In those moments, with each squeeze of citrus, each splash of spirit, we were transported somewhere warm.
What began as a personal ritual soon grew into a passion. We realized that it wasn’t just the drink that brought joy—it was the beauty, the craft, and the little details: the garnishes, the flavor, the look, the way it made us feel. So, we set out to share that joy.
We now produce small-batch, naturally dried citrus slices—lemons, limes, pineapple—and other handcrafted garnishes.
